Question pro line rims

Hi guys
Just wanted to pick you collective brains, am running pro line wheels with hostile slicks, where the axle joins the hub it is continually stripping out. Two runs, two new wheels. I'm running axle extenders, however didn't think that this would make any difference. Has anybody else had this Problem???????
And yes the wheels are tight.
Cheers
Andrew

Maybe there is a problem with the desperado wheels as the silence is deafening.......

hard to say. ive seen a few posts about PL hexes going out, but seemingly they appear to have been running an extender too.

i have a full set here i have not ran yet so i cant say if its the rims or not. but i have lost quite a few stock b hexes with extenders on, but i never used to have the issue until this last season. im wondering if my hexes were wearing out a bit, so i got a new set for the rear to see if i have any more problems. havent had much time to check as we have snow on the ground and its pretty wet and heavy right now.

going for a ice run in 2 weeks so hopefully will find out more then.

My partener in crime has a T with Desperado's on it and has never had a problem. Seems to be a 50/50 split. I have stock rims and stripped a set. I do think that they were not tight on the B. Just my two cents

Yep hade the same thing happen, I thought that I had done a clutch however on closer inspection the hub was stripped out. Being heavier maybe this is the reason, I have had the stock rims go out of shape but not strip out,not yet enyway

Unhappy

Don't know if it's just me, however I have just done a HPI hub. Running a stock 26 ZEN,this is a good motor I just don't think it is that good. Come on HPI and others show me somthing worth investing in.

everytime i get my rear wheels off i have to bash the hex and pull on the wheel. this can only be that the wheels are starting to strip out.
